Ravie Kem, R.Ph., Pharm.D., M.P.H.

Dr. Kem supports NCI clinical cancer trials by managing a portfolio of CTEP investigational new drugs (INDs). She provides drug information and serves as a preceptor to pharmacy students and residents. Prior to joining CTEP in 2004, she was Operational Manager in the Clinical Research Pharmacy at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital responsible for staffing, participating in Institutional Review Board (IRB) committee meetings, preparing/attending drug audit reviews, and collaborating with the clinical research office on clinical trials being conducted at Medstar Georgetown University Hospital.

Dr. Kem is a graduate of Xavier College of Pharmacy of New Orleans and the University of Florida. She also holds a master’s degree in public health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
