Minkyung Song, Ph.D.

Dr. Song fosters, manages, oversees and analyzes NCI’s portfolio of grants for clinical and preclinical cancer therapy studies, associated correlative studies, and development and validation of clinical assays for monitoring responses to therapy. She currently serves as an NCI Program Contact for several notices of funding opportunity (NOFOs), including those for: extramural-intramural collaborative research at the NIH Clinical Center; Cancer Immune Monitoring and Analysis Centers; and Administrative Supplements to support cancer health disparity research.

Dr. Song has participated in several Workshop Planning Committees, including the recent In Vivo Engineering of Immune Cells for Cancer Immunotherapy, as well as multiple trans-NCI or trans-NIH Teams and Advisory Committees. She has received various Awards and Certificates for her nearly three decades of public service, including several NCI Director’s Awards of Merit, the NIH Director's Award, and NIH’s Senior Leadership Program certificate.
