High-Throughput Screening Services

NCI-60

Researchers can request to submit compounds to the high-throughput NCI-60 Human Tumor Cell Line Screen.  It is a free and unique screen across 60 standard human tumor cell lines to measure their anti-cancer activity. The COMPARE tool enables response patterns to be analyzed and identification of other compounds with similar profiles.

Patient-Derived Organoid Screening

NCI will soon be launching a publicly available in vitro organoid screening service in cancer histology panels that are designed to represent a diversity of subtypes based on their molecular characterization.  The organoids, as well as the matching patient-derived xenografts and cell lines, are also publicly available, along with growth conditions and SOPs, through the Patient-Derived Models Repository
