Sonjia Robinson is responsible for providing direct support to the Deputy Director. Her daily functions include managing the calendar, preparing travel, and scheduling appointments. She also coordinates meetings with the Deputy Director and other staff.  Ms. Robinson arranges and prepares travel authorizations and vouchers for employees in DCTD/OD and TRP, in addition to advising travelers of established travel policies and procedures. She also assists the Administrative Officer by entering POTS orders for the Clinical Trials Unit (Director’s Lab Group), processing timekeeping for DCTD/OD staff and Associate Directors within DCTD, and facilitating urgent timekeeping issues, including adding new employees in the ITAS system.

Sonjia Robinson joined the DCTD OD in 1998. Before coming to DCTD, she was an employee with the National Center for Research Resources, NIH, where she also provided administrative and secretarial support to the Deputy Director.
