2025 Fall CPTAC Scientific Symposium

The Clinical Proteomics Tumor Analysis Consortium (CPTAC) Virtual Scientific Symposium was held on September 30th, 2025. CPTAC researchers shared their newest discoveries in cancer research using the power of proteomics and proteogenomics. The meeting included a day of scientific talks on tumor biology and CPTAC-developed data analysis tools.

The CPTAC program is coordinated through the Office of Cancer Clinical Proteomics Research (OCCPR). This office and its programs aim to improve prevention, early detection, diagnosis, and treatment of cancer through proteogenomic science and technology development.
