Section A shows in the vitro effect of Semaglutide on viability of low or high GLP-1R expressing cells, normalized to vehicle treated cells. The x axis of the graph in section A shows BON, NEC 1452, GOT1 and NT3. The y axis shows cell viability (Semaglutide-tr versus vehicle). GOT1 and NT3 have a cell viability between one and one point five with one outlier between one point six and one point eight. Section B shows in vivo tumor assays of BON (GLP-1R low) and GOT1(GLP-1R high) xenografts in NSG mice treated with Semaglutide or vehicle. Section B has two graphs, both showing treatment time in days (x axis) versus tumor volume by fold increase (y axis) of Semaglutide and Vehicle. At the top left of the first graph is a gray box with the phrase "BON (GLP-1R low)".  Treatment time is in increments of ten from zero to forty days. Tumor volume is in increments of five from zero to fifteen-fold increase. There is a red line showing the response for Semaglutide and a black line for Vehicle. Both appear to be approximately the same and rise to an increase in tumor volume from day zero to day thirty-five. The second graph on the right has a red box over the top with the phrase "GOT1(GLP-1R high)". The treatment time goes from zero to twenty days in increments of five. The tumor volume goes from zero to thirty-fold in increments of ten. There is a red line for Semaglutide and a black line for Vehicle. The lines begin to separate about day four with the red line going from zero to twenty over approximately eighteen days while the black line levels out to a tumor volume at eight to nine-fold from day ten to eighteen. The p value on the GOT1 graph is less than 0.05 between Semaglutide and vehicle.
