The figure represents a graph that shows the results of the in vivo validation of the antitumor activity of Chimeric Antigen Receptor-T (CAR-T) cells in the Triple Negative Breast Cancer Patient Derived Xenograft model. In this model, Patient Derived Xenograft cells were injected in the mammary fat pad and two weeks later mice were infused intravenously with CAR-T cells. The graph has days post T cell infusion (ranging from 0 to 24) plotted on the horizontal axis and tumor volume (ranging from 0 to 4 cm3), on the vertical axis. There are three lines on the graph-black, red and blue. The black line represents normal T cells, the red line represents ic9.B7.H3.CAR.4-1BB, and the blue line represents ic9.B7-H3.CAR.28. As the days post T cell infusion increase, the black line ascends until day 2, plateaus from day 2 to 5, after which it ascends again, peaking at a tumor volume of approximately 2.8 cm3, on day 12. The red line ascends until day 8, reaching an approximate tumor volume of 1.4 cm3, then declines until day 20 dropping to approximately 0.5 cm3. After day 20 it begins to ascend again, reaching to approximately 0.8 cm3 by day 24. The blue line ascends, plateaus day 4 through 8 with an approximate tumor volume of 1.8 cm3, then descends to zero after day 8 and remains at zero day 16 through day 24.
