This figure shows blockade of the CXCL12 chemokine/CXCR4 receptor axis in chemotherapy-resistant ovarian cancer by delivery of an oncolytic vaccinia virus expressing a CXCR4 antagonist (OVV-CXCR4-A-Fc) in combination with liposomal doxorubicin. The results are displayed in two colorful dot plot graphs. One graph shows the control for the experiment and the other graph shows the ovarian tumor microenvironment response to OVV-CXCR4-A-Fc armed virotherapy.
