The figure starts with the collection of cord blood. Natural Killer Cells are then isolated and expanded. Following this, CAR transduction occurs using retroviral supernatant leading to the generation of IC9/TROP2CAR/IL-15 Natural Killer Cells. After further expansion, these cells are frozen to create a Biobank of IC9/TROP2CAR/IL-15 Natural Killer cells. When needed, these cells are thawed and infused into a patient with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer. The lymphdepletion process occurs from day minus 5 to day minus 3 using fludarabine and cyclophosphamide. The infusion of CAR Natural Killer Cells takes place on day zero.
