The table lists the mission of the Biospecimen slash Pathology Core. Two units of this Core are the Tissue Distribution slash PDX Modeling Unit and the Mouse Hospital Unit. The mission of the Tissue Distribution slash Pathology Unit is patients screening, patient samples collection, annotation, biobanking and distribution, PDX establishment, PDX biobanking and distribution, PDX histologic and genomic characterization, PDX clinical annotation and curation of the PDX database. The mission of the Mouse Hospital Unit is PDXs propagation for large cohort studies, design and execution of preclinical efficacy studies, toxicity studies (single agent and drug combination), PK slash PD assessment and co-clinical studies.
