Cancer Diagnosis Program
Collaborations with the Cancer Diagnosis Program (CDP) are handled by Dr. Lisa McShane and Dr. Mei Yin Polley. Activities include reviewing statistical aspects of research proposals, R21/R33 grants, cooperative group correlative science protocols, and requests for specimens from NCI-funded tissue resources. She also provides statistical expertise in the establishment, maintenance, and utilization of important NCI initiatives, such as tissue resources, the Program for the Assessment of Clinical Cancer Tests (PACCT), and the Strategic Partnering to Evaluate Cancer Signatures (SPECS) Program.
