DCTD Staff Contribute to Journal of the National Cancer Institute Monographs on Integrative Oncology
DCTD staff, including several from the Office of Cancer Complementary and Alternate Medicine, contributed to three papers in a special November 2017 issue of the Journal of the National Cancer Institute Monographs.
The monograph entitled, "Advancing the Global Impact of Integrative Oncology," focuses on the field of integrative oncology -- a discipline that brings together evidence-based complementary therapies and conventional cancer treatment to address the diverse needs of cancer patients and their families.
The editors of this special monograph hope to promote global collaborations and accelerate the pace of discovery and translation to enhance the evidence-based growth of the field. DCTD staff contributed to the following publications:
