Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors

The technique is recommended but not mandatory for NCI-sponsored clinical trials and involves formalized rules for measurement of tumor target lesions. The latest version of the criteria, RECIST Guideline (Version 1.1), was published in 2009.
